Lost Creek is a west-Austin neighborhood (annexed by the City of Austin in 2015) sitting on the same Edwards Plateau limestone as West Lake Hills and Rollingwood. The home stock is mostly 1980s–1990s with significant native landscaping and mature trees. Scorpions are the headline issue, with wasps and roof rats running second and third.
What good service looks like
Same Hill Country protocol as West Lake Hills and the western neighborhoods — exterior residual treatment with scorpion-effective products, interior targeting at the foundation transitions, exclusion at the weep holes and slab edges. Tree trimming to address roof rat access. Standard quarterly general pest on top.
